Emergencies and downtime could be expensive for your business, but it doesn't have to be. 

All of our service package customers receive 15% off our standard hourly rate, dropping it to just £55 per hour for Labour & Travel.

If you opt for our Bespoke service package, all of our callouts are included.

Annual Accuracy Test

All of our service packages come with an included annual accuracy test. This test checks that your scales are within specified tolerances and can be relied on to produce consistent results.

We come to you, so there's no need to worry about downtime. 

A Service sticker will be fixed to your equipment to indicate this has been checked by an engineer and deemed to produce accurate results when tested. No Calibration certificates will be issued, and no adjustment will be made to the equipment if found to be outside of specified tolerances. 

This accuracy test meets the Codes of Practice of the UK Weighing Federation.

Included when signing up for Basic, Standard, and Inclusive service packages, as part of the Annual Calibration Visit.

Calibration Certificates

All of our service packages (excluding accuracy test only) have a scheduled annual service and calibration visit. 

Following this service visit, you will receive an annual calibration certificate for each scale / test weight. These certificates are traceable to ISO9001:2015 standards and are conducted in accordance with the UK Weighing Federation Codes of Practice. Calibration certificates are useful tools for internal quality assurance and record keeping.

Maintenance & Service Visit

In addition to the annual Calibration and Certification visit, we also come to you for an interim routine maintenance and service visit. These are usually at 6, 3 or 4 month intervals depending your companies needs. 

Planned Preventative Maintenance and Servicing ensures that your equipment is running smoothly and promotes longevity of your equipment avoiding costs incurred when replacing equipment;.

In House Testing and Calibration Services

We also offer our customers the option to send their equipment to us to be tested in our workshop at Kettering. This is ideal for equipment used on an ad-hoc basis as well as smaller scales and test weights. This is the most cost effective and quickest way to ensure your small equipment meets required standards.

We have recently invested in a 50 tonne hydraulic press to allow us to more accurately and safely test and calibrate Vehicle Weighing Pads and Weigh Beams.
